We’re Claire and Karl
Over 8 years ago we pressed pause on alcohol and now live an alcohol-free life with our twin girls.
Although that was not always the case, with five children in our blended family, some of our older children unfortunately witnessed our alcohol consumption. We are acutely aware of the detrimental impact this had on them.
We understand the immense challenges of parenting, work, and coping, and how easily alcohol can become a convenient escape.
As certified alcohol-free coaches and parents who have walked the same path, we are here to guide you on your journey to an alcohol-free lifestyle. Our approach is gentle, honest, and devoid of judgment.
We are certified Positive Psychology and Alcohol-Free Performance Coaches, with a diploma that’s triple-accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), The Association for Coaching (AC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) specialising in sober coaching for parents.
